This has such an awesome feeling to it. It's bluesy, it's got a feeling of ominous undertones that just can't be hidden, and at the same time, it just keeps rolling like it just don't care. It's like it could be a theme song to a semi-horror/thriller movie.

Thanks bro! Lyrics are one of my specialties. I've been a poet/songwriter since 13 or 14 when I wanted to start a band with my bro. I had all these lyrics and melodies in my head but at the time, no musical skill. lol

Title reminds me of the game Darkest Of Days, though the piano here somewhat reminded me of the intro to Hill Street Blues somehow. Lyrics make me think of the lyrics of Ghost In The Shell's intro, with the anime's intro having the lyric "angels and demons circling overhead".

Thanks bro! I appreciate you a lot too! There are a few reasons I chose a pseudonym over my real name. Part of it is wanting to separate myself from my old music. I quit music for a long time after being unsatisfied with everything I put out and losing the desire for making music. So returning to it I wanted everything to be new and different. Including my name. So I felt a rebranding was needed. But I have no problems with my real name. My real name is Dwayne Eric McLeod. My family does call me Max. It's a family nickname. And the J. is in honor of my cat that I lost in 2019. :-)

Hadn't heard of Hydrogen before, though the name reminds me of a mod for C&C Generals called Halogen which MS sued away because they didn't want competition for Halo Wars.

Yeah, Hydrogen is pretty cool. A little annoying setting up the drum machine to use with it but once you do, it's great. You also don't really need a drum machine for inputs but I still like using it. :-)

Oh that's all I ever do. I never cared for PVP. So it was annoying getting squashed all the time as a noob by other players. I'm still pretty much a solo only player. I rarely interact with other players. I just play the game. And since my combat level is capped, I really don't even PVE that much anymore.

Yep, it's sad how so many evil things done by glorious states are made legal by the tyrants who abuse their power; especially with the left in power as de facto rulers online they just can't let anyone even disagree with them lest they hide them out of sight to make efforts futile for those who haven't gotten everything going yet or more directly attempt to suppress anyone who has finally been able to earn enough for at least food. Tyranny goes wherever it's free to go, and by games of definitions and legalistic loopholes they pretend their actions are moral according to their own cultish political-religions of the day.

Thanks, bro! It means a lot! This album was really fun to work on since Funk is one of my very favorite genres. Probably my favorite if I wasn't such a Metalhead haha!
