I have this puzzle and packed it away when I relocated. 2 years later I finally unpacked it and couldn’t remember how to set it up! This video helped me remember the critical step that I had “lost”.

I like this, and how similar it is to a puzzle I've only ever seen on the cubastic channel, but is an adapted version (the pieces are much thicker) of the 3M puzzle.

Sounds cool I'll check it out. The 2 piece pyramid puzzle goes back in time and it's probably one of the most ancient 3D riddles. The 2 Pyramids in a Box is a new development based on the original puzzle - kubiyagames.com/collections/pyramid-puzzles/products/2-piece-pyramid-brain-teaser-puzzle

I first saw this in Scientific American's Mathematical Games column by Martin Gardner. I constructed it from plywood. It is a devious puzzle. Are you referencing "The Tale of Khun Chang Khun Phaen"?

I noticed around 3:00 you place two black pieces down in a row- was that a mistake or Part of the rules of the game? I just discovered this & your concise vid is a wonderful lil breakdown :)
@pauladiaz57475 ай бұрын
Yes, it was a mistake. A yellow peg should have been added. Nice catch; I didn’t notice until I read your note. 😉

I love this puzzle! I have the exact same one, too. I don't remember where I got it, but I love the encasement, which prevents the pieces from getting lost. I wasn't looking for a solution but happened to watch a couple of your other videos and noticed you had "my" cube. Lol 🙂
