Either this chap does not know the basics of radioactive dating or rock or he is missing out the pertinent fact on purpose. The date that you get from radioactive dating of an igneous rock is the date from when it last melted. Let me give you a similar example first. Take some common table salt NaCl and some Copper sulphate. The salt is clear and white, the Copper sulphate clear and blue. Dissolve both in water. Then let the water slowly evaporate. You can even hang a string in the solution. The salts will crystallize out of solution. Now here is where it gets interesting. You will see clear crystals of NaCl and blue crystals of CuSO4. The atoms crystalize back in their original salts. Now take a rock. It already has lead and Uranium salts in it. Melt it and let it cool slowly. The Uranium crystals will crystalize by themselves, the lead crystalize by themselves. Now all you have to do is to take one of the crystals that has uranium in it and date it. This will give you the time when the rock crystalized out of the melt.

Apart form his assertion that all rocks are porous (he means permeable) and his assumption that acid rain can remove led from the crystal lattice of a mineral and deposit in the crystal lattice of another bellow it, while at the same time admitting that sedimentary rocks do not contain any uranium or lead, why did the rain water avoid depositing lead in these layers?

I am making the assumption here that Asscherick really believes in SDA doctrine.

What makes all this so interesting is that men like Asscherick sound so Biblical and powerful in speech but wipe the "spell" away and study asking God the Holy Spirit to provide you with sound Biblical knowledge about the true nature of Jesus. Jesus atttained the position of standing on the right hand of the Father so he sould act as our mediator when ever anyone calls upon His name (Jesus the Christ) for redemption. Scriptually, Jesus stays at the right hand until all enemies are voided.

That is right m good listener...Jesus is not available as my mediator which means that the only way to Heaven is by your own righteousness ! You must go to the source itself and not men like Asscherick who are professional SDA doctrine "pushers". Find "Great Controversy" yourself and read the chapter on "Sanctuary" and see the words yourself. Of course, this is not Biblical at all....Jesus is available until Judgment begins which according to Asscherick judgment began back in 1844 ADE.

If your seeing this know that Mr. Asscherick may not be addressing his belief in something that isn't Biblical. Research the doctrine from the 7th Day Adventist called Investigative Judgment that was develped by folks like Ellen G White in her book "Great Controversy". EGW shocked the Protestant world with her phrases like "standing without a mediator" to describe all professed followers of Christ from the fall 1844 AD till present day ! She proposes that Jesus is not available right now....
