Hello buddy. I am working in Ukraine with XAG XP 2020 drones (spray system similar to V40) and looking for training based on practice and experimentation in video format. I need specific studies and their results: the effect of droplet size on the results of different groups of chemicals (herbicide, insecticide, etc.), the effect of wind on the spread of droplets of different sizes, the effect of flight speed, the effect of solution flow, etc. Let me know if you have such information.

So does the 107 cert count as a commercial cert as far as eligibility for Part 137 goes, or do you need an actual Commercial Pilots Certificate for a fixed wing or rotary wing aircraft? Or do you apply for an exemption?

We're an American company based in Orlando, FL. However, our customers tell us what really matters to them, is who's supporting them. And our system is not currently compatible w/ Drone Deploy, but that might change in the future!

My question for the experts is what is happening about spying in the USA these days of the virus pro that it is so difficult the difference in other countries that fight with drones.

We know what you mean, and we're working closely with our regulators to ensure our National airspace stays one of the safest in the world, while not hindering all of the economical & public health benefits using spray drones. In fact, in light of this- Public & Commercial operations can spray now to fight the virus, if they have their approvals! (and Public Agencies even have an opportunity for Emergency approval!)

Hi Brian, I was wondering if a 137 license covers an operator, or a business. If it's the latter, how many employees of that business can be covered by a single license?

Hi James! The 137 operator certificate can be issued to both an individual or a business. As a business, you designate who your pilot crew is, and that list can be updated when it changes.
