Where can one get these shims? Are they plastic?

Well there are different types of sweeps from the one that you have with the double edge thing to the bottom there are some that has just one solid peace that extends downward. So a little bit confusing as to which one goes on the inside and which goes on the outside but I would assume that the piece that extends downward most would go toward the inside of the shower

What holds the two panels? Just the corner with glue?

I think my frameless shower looks better!

Can you put something like this on a tub and make it stationary? How wide should the glass be for a 60” long tub?

How much of a gap is standard between the wall and glass when sliding door is closed? I just had mine “repaired” by the installer for being too hard to close and now WITH a U shaped seal on glass edge, the glass meets the wall at top but 1/4” away at bottom. They said it shouldn’t meet there bc “it would cause too much pressure on glass.” This shower is for my 3 children and I worry about too much water getting out and damaging subfloor. Furthermore, I noticed that your glass did not have a U seal. Didn’t even realize that was possible.

I live in Florida and bought a Serenity Barn door sliding Shower door from Florida Sate glass in Delray. The show door leaks an I literally have a puddle in my bathroom after every shower. I called Florida State glass and the installer told me that is normal. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. I’m in the process of which way to handle it but I saw this video on you tube and there phone number was posted so out of desperation I called to beg for some advice from a company in New Jersey even though I’m in Florida. The fellow I spoke to could not of been more helpful and guiding in me of some of my options. He was a saint and I’m sure his work is just as good as he is professional. I can not say enough but just some positive info for anybody in need of his services. I never got your name but thanks for the time and good info.

That is definitely not the real low iron glass. I've been to China and the amount of people they scam is insane. Low iron glass normally have a blueish/whitish colour on the edge. Some manufacturers low iron glass still have a very slight greenish tint on the edge but not as dark as the shower door panel in this video. I am aware the colour changes with the thickness but this isn't what actual low iron glass should look like. Technically it is low iron glass in the video seeing that it has less iron in it than the normal glass but it's not the true low iron glass

Do you install the anchor (screw and plastic insert) into the tile or into the sheetrock under the tile?

Hi. Thank you for the video. I followed everything, but I find my door won't close now. I have pushed the sweep as high as I could but it is getting stuck about a quarter of the way onto the tile. Do i need to shave anything off?? TIA
