Content design seems to overlap with today's copywriting and content writing, but they're all still distinctly their own things. Great video! :)

We need to make sure we are clarifying "A.I." vs Generative A.I. which is what is being discussed here.

This review seems a little late to the game... Would have loved to see your thoughts on the other new "magic" tools, such as auto-tagging. When I saw this on Jakob Neilsen's blog, I only clicked because I figured it would be on all the newly released features. You really need a part II that deals with auto-tagging, auto-redact, and channels. (Agree on their sentiment analysis... I haven't found it super useful either. I take the "starting point" point to be table stakes...)

When doing pilot tests of user interviews, who should I pilot test with?
@UXDesignInstitute6 ай бұрын
You can pilot test with a friend, family member or colleague. Just make sure it's not someone directly involved in the research.

Great. To survive as a species we will need to re-design a world that promotes better mental health, stronger communities & care for our environment. Those things will also contribute to each other … better mental health will aid us to care for our earth and vice versa.

this is great but very pricey
@andrewsvard92223 жыл бұрын
It's not that pricey given that it's a university diploma course and not just a bootcamp. Compared to US or UK annual tuition fees at universities I'd even say it's pretty cheap. Of course there are bootcamps that are cheaper, and a lot of stuff on KZbin for free, but I doubt most of these give the same depth and project work experience. I am currently taking the course and it's mostly been really good! The mentors are great :) And keep in mind private design schools are usually much more expensive. For example, FiDI in Florence charges 7500 euro for their 1 year graphic design diploma course (and that was one of the cheaper ones). A friend of mine studying Design at MICA pay 70k a year in tuition.

This is bullshit, you need experience. There's way too many people applying with background in fields similar to that of UX design. Look at all the videos on the this channel, it says "From Graphic Designer to UX Designer", "Software Developer to UX Designer", " "Web Designer to UX Designer", etc. It's never someone from nothing to UX Designer because that's impossible. Of course, these people are going to tell you could still get a job, their getting paid every time someone enrolls onto their program. Don't trust these people, they will do the bare minimum to help you after you graduate.

The problem is.. employers can easily find someone with 2-3 years experience. There are thousands of ridiculously talented people looking for this kind of work and you have to be better than them all. Advice like "be positive", "visualise the future", is very poetic and all but it doesn't land jobs. Quite often with this sort of thing it is just right place right time. Preparation meets opportunity but not every one gets that opportunity. IF A COMPANY SAYS THEY WANT 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE.. AND YOU HAVEN'T GOT IT.. YOU WILL NOT GET AN INTERVIEW!!
@WakandaFacts12 жыл бұрын
True but that is life always knocking you down. You have to always get back up smile and learn from all your failures and keep on striving. otherwise yesterday will always be dwelt in the past instead of looking forward to the present leading to a brighter future.
