Gemini was marketed as the tallest, fastest, steepest roller coaster when it opened in 1978. I worked in the park in 1980, and I rode the Blue Streak on my way to work every morning! The Blue Streak was pretty rough last time I rode it, but the Gemini is still a great ride. I introduced it to my kids in 2006, and they loved it, too. Now that it's not the premier coaster in the park, the lines are short -- you can ride it again and again.

Im just scared to fall off or something 😭 bc i went on blue streak when i went to cedar point around June 20th and got on the ride with my cousin im really close with and when we were going up it was fine but when we dropped i was actually coming out of my seat and if the bar wasn’t there i would have fell out. Im so scared now! But it would’ve been so fun if i could actually stay in my seat and see bc my hair was in the way it’s a really chill ride though!

I did this one, I did the loop and hiked Brace Mountain as well. You may as well because on your way past CT’s highest point is the tri-state marker. Personally I think Brace Mountain has the best views around there, although the cliffs on Frissell were nice as well. Frissell’s summit wasn’t much unfortunately.
