Shocking ! We lived in Ferryhill Farmhouse (just before the Tyrwhitt Arms pub and now a Brewery) from 1999-2003, and thought the flooding was bad even then ! Good job we were up on a hill. Sold up in the UK and been living in Cyprus for 21 years now.
