The traffic in Taiwan can be chaotic and crowded, BUT the big thing that makes me actually enjoy driving here more than the US is that people are not aggressive. Nobody cares if you get in front of them. People won't try to race you. You don't see anyone screaming and road-raging. It's all pretty chill.

Excellent video. Thanks for sharing! ! I do have questions for you. It's nothing to do with the video. Just want you guys' suggestions. I live in Los Angeles and haven't go back to Taiwan for over 5 years. I'm planning to visit Taiwan next month (May 2023). Do you know what the popular gifts that I should buy (from LA) for my family, friends, and relatives in Taiwan? Any suggestions will be appreciated? Thanks a lot! - Christina

I love how Taiwanese can literally NEVER admit the "BAD" parts of their country... I lived in Taiwan for many years (job reasons) and I can tell you some: - Taiwanese are NOT friendly! Most of the taiwanese are terrified to talk to foreigners and no matter how good your chinese is they will always see you as the bad foreigners coming to taiwan to play around. Most of them just HATE foreigners. - Taiwanese STARE at you. They stare at you in a very rude way and talk behind your back ALL the time (you will know if you understand mandarin). - SELFISH: People would just let you die in the street without give it a f### - Lack of Confidence: Taiwanese boys continuously look down on themselves, they see foreigners are being superior and can't accept to see a taiwanese girls dating with them. Definitely not a good place to live for foreigners. Enjoy In Taiwan.

lmao - this guy is complaining about the government in taiwan because he never had to deal with it in the US being born there and all. USCIS and the US immigration system is fucked.

After living in the states for 30 years, Doesn’t matter how good your English has become. English it’s still a foreign language to me. And American had never been my home. Taiwan is where am I root is.

The video was made 5 1/2 years ago。Things have changed. There is actually a subway in Taichung now. There are apps that give you instant real time bus schedules, they tell you how long does it take for the next bus to arrive, most of people stay in line even older people.
