You took me back to HS trig from 30+ years ago. Who knew we would actually use it in the real world! Good job! I am researching because i plan to build a 4 wheel cart 16:25 or 2 wheel tilt cart with mini shocks installed. Why? Because it will be dragged from my solar shed to my home pretty often and want this 500-700lbs structure to move with as little hard bumps as possible because it will be carrying LiFo batteries

I have a similar build I was doing, and it would be much more simple to set my a arms back like you did on this build. But I was wondering how you did the steering rack and your brake and throttle pedals and keep your feet out of the way of the steering?

My sons cart is making me pull out my hair. It's a Carter cart. And the steering is bad. Can't really go above 20 or you're all over the road. So I toed in slightly and it's not helping. I'm thinking of going with a rack and pinion set up as this ones just not fun and dangerous

24:55 Actually the more they lean in the more progressive it will be. As the arms move up they act on the shocks in a more linear fashion. The best thing to do would go cantilever for maximum progression. Your lean looks good now, avoid straight 90s because you'll go over center and it'll get softer as it progresses.

Hi I need some help gentlemen your video has inspired me to go out and get a 420 cc engine and build it to put on my new minibike. I’m having an issue with the oil fill tap 7/18-20 and I tap hole first time doing this kind of stuff however when I go to put the bolt in 718 half-inch bolt it’s really loose fitting but it kind of grabs on but then once it goes all the way in and I think it’s about to get all the way tight it doesn’t. It just gets really loose at the point it’s supposed to be tight. ?v

so your front suspension relies on the welds holding a couple pipes that are prying away from oneanother. drop that V bar at the top of the springs to the underside of the 2 top bars for better support and maybe flip it over so each side points downward.

DO NOT run power to those drive wheels as is, but if you do, be damned sure to video it!!! The imminent failure of your design is guaranteed !!! You CANNOT expect those 2 joints at the hub to handle the torque that will be applied by the wheels trying to push that cart foreward. You NEED a minimum of 3 joints at the hub end preferably 4, separated as much as practical. LOOK AT YOUR DESIGN BEfORE YOU SEND IT ! MODIFY YOUR REAR A-ARM DESIGN BEFORE YOU DESTROY PARTS YOU WILL LIKELY HAVE TO REPLACE! I am being very serious, your A-arm design at the hub is flawed. Study how A-arms are connected to rear hub assemblies, and modify your design. You likely won’t get hurt, but if you don’t change it, you WILL damage parts, and if you manage to get going fast enough, YOU could get hurt. That would not be good!
