Sir important point is that our mobile camera should be powerful then automatically you will get sharp details. Lens will only work to zoom things they will not able to increase or decrease sharpness. For bird photography go with 60x zoom lens

Sir always use main lens don't use wide angle lens or 2x lens from your mobile. And still if it's coming in your frame then just 1x zoom from your mobile and the black border will go off.

Apexel isn't available in my country. There are other brands like Kodak with a 15x macro lens, but its lens is not as wide as Apexel's. Does a wider lens mean it has better quality?

No wider mean it will capture more field of view. In simple language it will capture more things in your video or photo. I have made comparison videos between two wide angle lens you can go through that.
