I literally did this way back in 2021, took me 2 months to be consistent and the most important is I handled my phone usage so well. This so-called "THAT GIRL" helped me a lot to improve and literally glowed and enhance my physique and face saur much. And of course, I do take breaks every Sunday and for me this isn't toxic at all. You just need to be consistent and disciplined.

I was also so enchanted with NY and I went recently and I was shocked by how dirty it was!! It actually really grossed me out sadly and kind of ruined the romance of it all! Parts of NY were lovely but yeh I hated smelling urine in every street corner or underground station and rubbish smell as well!! Also the US was soooo $$$$$$ really made me appreciate Aus haha! Enjoy the vibes!
