Thank you for such a helpful and well put together video for new MacBook users. I received my MacBook Air today. I ordered a transparent case to protect it and that comes tomorrow. I will set up my MacBook tomorrow when the case is delivered. I used to be a Windows user, then to Tablets and finally to a Chromebook. This is my 5th Chromebook but now I'm interested in the MacBook and so no more Chromebooks for awhile. I think this device will be a good thing. I have to learn it like I had to learn Windows and the Chromebook. Once you start actually using the device then you will automatically pick up the usage of what's important to you. Thank you again for your time in filming this video!

Hi! Yes, I’m still using both the mouse and keyboard (Replaced the battery of the mouse already). I actually haven’t purchased any new accessories, but I’m planning to purchase a USB dock if I need to connect it to a desktop.

Great showing! Mine came brand new in that same cardboard box as well! Was worried a bit that it was the actual packaging, but the white Apple packaging was just below it hahaha

I am sorry but are dumb , why you have to buy separate keyboard and mouce , mac comes with best of keyboard and trackpad , if you need to use that mouse n alll , go buy some asus 17 inch gaming laptop ,

Did you just buy every thing other than an USB dock ? And as far as i know, MBA M1 cools passively. Blocking direct heat dissipation by adding a cover will only add upto the laptop's struggle.

Hello! I'm about to be in high school in 2 months, im thinking of buying the macbook air m1 or m2 In july, what ssd and ram do you recommend?❤️🙏 (1) I'm thinking of buying 512gb ssd, and 8gb ram because i have a desktop and an ipad so i wont need to open that much tabs in only 1 device! (2) But what do you recommend because i'll be using it everyday in a science high school (In our highschool we do a lot of essay writing, blender, projects which require video editing, a lot of 3d model projects, etc.) (3)

I’m sorry for the late response. I’m still going to suggest the m1 as the m2 is really expensive and I don’t see that much of a difference between the two.

They say dustplugs and keyboard cover arent good for your mac esp. the air since it inhibits the airflow 😕 The more you are concerned from dust entering the gadget, the more it is prone to damage when you use these.
