My Mum used to drain the fish into a bowl and take out the bones. Then she'd add them to the sauce with ketchup and water and blend it all up for us fussy kids! Lot of goodness in dem bones😊. Bless her.

Why remove the bones,they are filled with lots of calcium,more calcium there than the fish itself.
