As a skinny guy who really struggles to put on muscle. EAT. Eat a lot. Eat to the point where you feel like you can’t move. Make sure you eat good food too. Not garbage.

Well hum, I am @learnwithme 😂. The reason I stopped uploading on the previous channel was simply because it took way too much time for what I was getting out of it and I thought it would be a much better idea to build an actual personal brand. I took the old script back, modified it a bit and reuploaded it, because it worked really well on the previous channel and it did pretty good on this one as well. Anabolic steroids has nearly always been a part of bodybuilding and weightlifting. In the 70s in my country, you could just go to your doctor and say you were training or wanted more muscle mass and you would get dianabol on prescription. In the 60s/70s i doubt even a single professional weightlifter was drug free. What has changed of course is the fact that these drugs are now black market and could contain pretty much anything (bacteria, heavy metals, arsenic who knows) And to an extent people have gotten more reckless with them, people back then saw anabolics as more a supplement to their training, now it seems to become some peoples whole identity.

When you can't do either of them, you will first have to improve physically and you'll often then see which thing improves more quickly. If you started running long distances and weightlifting at the same, you should see a difference in how quickly you make progress in one or the other. Now I might be wrong with this, but that makes sense to me

This was a very thorough and informative video, keep up the good work! But i want to highlight some specific points for anyone trying to bulk up really should not do. Don't lower you fiber intake below 40-50 grams, you will increase your apetite a little bit for sure, but in the long term you will starve your gut microbiome of the much needed nutrients, which will overall contribute to feeling bloated and having diarrhea almost all the time you eat even just a little bit of fiber (including one of the top bulking foods: oats), and a damaged gut microbiome will reduce the effectiveness of your body to absorb the nutrients like protein from the foods you eat. Please still drink 2 liters of water per day, it's the same with fiber intake. Another thing, as it was stated in the video, you really need to put down stimulants youre using, especially nicotine in any form, beacuse it drastically lowers your apetite. Writing this comment as a skinny guy myself, speaking from experience. And remember We all gonna make it🔱🔱
