He should take Barkley's advice and stop while he's in some type of prime. It will not look good if he ends with a career ending injury, performance suddenly tanks or his body decided to do something crazy. Younger people don't understand how the body works until they get older. As you age, your body will do things that will be very bizarre when it comes to physical movement. So when you add strain and resistance and punishment to the body on a daily basis, as he does on a consistent basis, your body will eventually tell you enough is enough. He needs to be gone before his body decides to rob him like that. Your body will not give you fair warning. It will just happen fairly suddenly.
