I'm super glad to see them play songs like this live in recent years. But I do have to say the angst present in Mark's voice when he originally recorded is nowhere to be found in this live version. And I think that's a bummer because that's what made it heartfelt and real for him and us at the time.

Glad someone appreciates this song. Yeah, the Dude Ranch version is hard to beat. I've pretty much outgrown this kind of stuff (I'm 44) but always have a big soft spot for Dude Ranch :) This is one of their more heartfelt songs, it's a great one, but this recording isn't all that great.

Awesome 1st Vlog, David! Happy you made it to the waterfall, you were so close to turning around too. Can't believe you were the only one at the waterfall. Must be a bit scary to walk alone and on this new hike. We always take our dogs here.
