I think my personal favorite piece from Otto Dix has to be "Wounded Soldier" The sheer terror drawn into the man's eyes shakes me to my very core every time I gaze at the drawing. It just goes to show how brutal and horrifying war can be. Especially trench warfare.

Great song. Great voice and singing. Great lyrics. Great musicians. Great structure and chord progression, unusual for a French band. My sister couldn't stop playing this album for a while. Great band from Paris. Too bad they didn't continue... Then again, they wouldn't have been duly recognised in their own country with the garbage tendencies at the time. The acoustic version is just as good (at the end of the same CD). We still have this album. A gem for that time.
