Man I spent years doing the same thing you are doing. Search around for some videos that show Mark's right hand and just forget about the left hand for a little while. You're thumb is perfect but your 2nd and 3rd fingers are trying to do all the work on the higher strings with upwards plucks. There is a very steady alternating flicking rhythm using those 2 digits. As for the sound, yep. A 'cocked' or parked wah is basically a tuned band pass filter.

Si quieres conseguir ese tono de Wah loco pon el wah después del DS2 pero después de estos dos debe de haber una saturación, ya sea un preamp o un overdrive, sobre el wah quizás pueda funcionar un VOX pero si quieres conseguir un Ibanez que sea mejor con el Wilson Mod, vale la pena por la perilla de volumen.

I think you have got good amp, but I have no experience with fender... You can try to watch more videos about tone snow and look on same settings than on your amp😉. But on this video is not same tone like I hear from my combo so...it's little bit harder.

try using the notes E (the 9th) and A# (the 11th) these notes are out of the minor pentatonic scale but fruscisnte uses them and it makes his solos sound way more emotional, btw your playing is great!
