Amen! Once we learn of Gods presence in our lives, I tend to feel that the Holy Spirit starts to be revealed more and more. It takes work, reading your word, prayer, meditation, humility. Once we learn of Gods gifts in our lives we begin to want to know him more and truly embrace the God given gifts that he will not only bring into our lives. But demonstrate by OUR faithfulness towards him the gifts and his omnipresent love for each one of us. Powerful message!

Thank you. We so needed to hear that. I'm from Ohio, and only heard about your church from Dr Christiane Northrup, who is one of your parishioners. On substack, she gave us a link to watch your Easter Service. WOW! The music was absolutely beautiful. And your sermon was so dynamic. What I loved the most was that you do not talk down to us, but come from a place of being one of us. It was very impactful and powerful. Makes me want to move to Maine! I'm so glad to know about your church and hopefully will see way more of your positive messages and energy on-line. Just THANKS for being you! 😊

1 Corinthians 7:39 Only death of a spouse can one remarry. Yes, someone can divorce according to 1 Corinthians 7 but Paul said only the death of a spouse can someone remarry. Paul and Jesus agree about divorce and remarry. This is a hard teaching.

That scripture came from the NIV! There are many biblical translations, since the Bible was not written in English, so there will be variations in the way different things are phrased!
