I’m obsessed with Pure Barre! I’ve taken more than 350 classes and I still feel challenged every time. It has also helped me to feel more in control of each part of my body. There’s so much emphasis on mind-body connection which I love! You should also try their newer Define format which includes heavier weights (8-20 lbs), a wider range of movements, and different sections including some intense cardio pushes. You will leave the studio with your entire body shaking. For me, it’s the most challenging format by far and I think you’d love it!

I received the Pso-Rite today but after watching your review it may not be right for me. I am a 72 retired woman who sits around for most of the day and I also have a lot of belly fat. I get a burning cramp down my right lower back into the top of my hip and it is so painful that I have to sit down until it eases. Do you think I would be better off returning the Pso-Rite and is there anything else that you could suggest to help my problem? Thanks for your advice.

I bought all if there products “Pso Everything” personally i think they are junk. Tennis balls do much better to release tight fascia & knots along with deep breathing

This is the best Barry's review, thank you! I've been a little nervous ahead of my first class, but this was very comprehensive and gives me a solid idea of expectations. Thanks!

Same here, their products are junk. The products are two hard and won’t let the nervous system relax enough to release anything. I use deep breathing and tennis balls to release tight muscles

Room inside the mask has nothing to do with the spread of droplets, zero, nothing! They add room because it’s more comfortable when working out, and if you look at surgical N95 masks, many have extra room by design for comfort during long surgeries.

Great topic, this video could easily be an hour long! In Ontario, we are a regulated health profession and the title "Kinesiologist" is protected exclusively for RKins. Not so in BC (yet!), but you also have the challenge that people without a Kinesiology Degree (or who are not BCAK members) can still call themselves Kinesiologists. Still, the BCAK has professional standards and guidelines that ensure a high level of professional conduct that should make it clear to clients those who have earned the title, and those who are playing dress-up :) If you are a Kin grad and want to practice in the profession for any amount of time, join the BCAK!

Great vid! It is important that Kins working in a clinical setting are able to communicate with their colleagues in an effective and efficient manner. The mechanics of charting are the same for all professionals, while the content may differ. But it can also flag another therapist on changes in test findings that could be important to the client’s care. Hope to see more on this topic!
