Orange line in Shirase means whether you have cleared the big mode credit roll or not. If you failed you'll receive a green line, they're shown on the in-game leaderboard.

Thank you! Actually I'm not so consistent in Master mode. I often get S7 whenever I panicked during section 600~700, but if I'm finishing a run, I'll usually get m6 or higher.

Yes! But understanding ARS is still a problem for me, so maybe I'll be playing TGM1 or TGM2+ more before stepping higher.

I have 2 tips that might helps: If you're having problems on speed, I recommend doing practices on Shirase (or other clone games that features the speed of Master speed level 1200), focusing on more stack consistency instead of speed. Since 750~999 in Master mode is really important for its high internal grade multiplayer, if you're able to score around 12~15 tetrises during these levels, you'll get at least S8~S9 before entering the credits. If you're having problems with section cools, I recommend forming up a set of mental timer for reaching x70 on the first few sections depending on your pace. Through my experience, my setup for really slow pace is "46,43,40,35,30,25" while faster pace being "40,40,35,30,25". You could adjust them as you progress, or even removing it from your gameplay once you're 100% consistent. I hope these 2 tips will help you with your TGM3 world rule journey!

Although I am still not that consistent of getting good grades and stacking consistently, I used your tips and I got into the invisible roll and I got m8. From what I've learned so far, the general way of stacking in ARS is to make a structure similar to pyramid, so you'll have the most choices for your piece to lock in. Using IRS (initial rotation system) also prevents from pieces to get stuck in certain occasions. For I pieces, you need to leave a 2x2 space for left well and 3*2 space for right well for the I piece to rotate, so going for a 3-wide might be a good choice as long as you follows the pyramid structure. Although I'm not really an expert for ARS, but I hope these tips could help you.

In world rule, most of the things are way easier, we got move reset, and a rotation system that's more friendly. While classic rule is a bit more challenging, but it's super fun to learn. I believe you'll improve as you play and practice more, and maybe you could try out classic sometimes. xd

@@AzzyTGM i did try out classic first, when i was able to play on an actuall arcade at ESA Winter 23, but when playing versus on site, it was slower, because i didn't knew about the locking mechanism, so i lost speed there - i am practicing almost daily, usually getting S3, sometimes S4, but also am trying to finally get Secret Grade GM (had a few S9 already) but because i try it so often, the game wants to lower my rank again

The first game that I played in the TGM series was TGM3, and since I had completely no idea how classic rule (or even ARS) works back then, I started with world rule first instead. But I've practicing ARS recently aswell, hoping these efforts might pay off one day xd.

Nah, they're purely mistakes xd.. I can admit that I wasn't doing so well during this exam attempt. But I'm lucky to hit all of the requirements needed (condition to get receive invisble credit roll + getting enough grade points from the roll) to pass the exam.
