Thanks for posting this tutorial; it is greatly appreciated as it explained a few things I didn't understand. I discovered this extra little sister by accident; I was very tired when I did so, and I only realized I had found her when I started to enter the smuggler's hideout and got the "not all sisters found" message. After searching around for quite some time and not finding the last little sister, I paused to take a break and only when returned did I see the fourth little sister in the pause screen. It took a few more playthroughs to figure how it happened. One thing you might want to try in the future is to save after you rescue the third little sister, then after visiting Peach Wilkins, wait on the wharf for another big daddy to spawn. Hypnotize him, then head upstairs. Fire a shot or two from the pistol and enrage the splicers. Then watch the big daddies fight.

I like how "getting sent to the principal's office" is Penny shooting you with her laser eyes in the dark
