Maybe it's just extremely loud, but that last partner wasn't listening to a word he was saying, he just wanted to move instead of listening for how. You're a blue belt dude, slow it down stay teachable.

"Funny thing is, whenever it's Gracie Barra, Xande always kind of jokes around, lol. Gracie Barra, Roger Gracie, those guys, the crowd used to give him a hard time when he was fighting against Roger or another fighter, but especially Roger, so whenever he sees someone wearing a Gracie Barra gi, he always throws in a little joke."
@charlesolhos6 ай бұрын

This was the best reference as a white belt and I still come back to it as a blue belt. Also gotta love how Xande effortlessly sweeps Olga the world champion on her head at 20:20. Serious skills.

I'm just 13 minutes in and WOW..... the way he explains simple concepts is amazing! Also, a seminar is about presentation, and he is so good at involving people and making it simple to understand! Very Impressed! I'm used to see him as a boring uke in his brother's book... He's much more scary here... haha

This was amazing. I do think too much about sweeps and reversals. Didn't realize how I completely missed the fundamental ideas and skipped over to the sweeps. Amazing video.
