I'm 59 this works miracles for red face(rosacea). My method is to wrap an ice cub in a wash cloth and repeatedly dab for a second or two all over the red area.

I kept the ice on one spot for about 20m 😂 because when I was moving the ice around I feel like it was not doing anything. Then when I had it on for 20m I seen it gone down so much. Like I have a bad pimple. It’s hard. It looks nasty. I have a hard time leaving it alone. But the ice helped so much and I hardly can tell there is a pimple there now. Tell I look at it. But it’s getting so much better. Probably when it’s smaller I won’t keep the ice on for 20m hopefully it dose something.

You can ice and just be done...but your moisturizer (or anything else you might use after) will penetrate better + work more effectively. The choice is up to you and what you want for your skin.

30 secs is fine as long as the ice is moving! Nothing you NEED to apply after, only if you want to...it will penetrate deeper if you ice first.

Hi, thanks for asking! Consider running to the grocery store at 3pm and it takes 30 minutes to get there. If you do this 2x a week, that's 1 hour of sun per week and since sun damage is a cumulative effect, it does matter. If you're indoors with no windows then I wouldn't worry so much about it but would be a good idea to apply before you leave work OR another option is having a powder sunscreen. It wont protect as much but then it's not as much of a pain (and better than nothing) ;-)

Ya all should look into banana peel rubbed on your skin fantastic and a banana peel mask, with rice, corn starch lemon juice and powdered milk along with the peel blended and use as a mask

Nothing needs to be applied first. Straight ice on the skin *but keep the ice moving* to avoid burning. Thanks!

I really hate that the doctor preformed this cosmetic procedure.Which is such a big medical breakthrough for tons of individuals(including myself)who suffer physically and mentally from KP.And yet there was never any follow pictures or a video from the patient of any change.Which could of brought hope too many….what a shame!

Please do not leave the ice in one spot for a long period of time- keep the ice moving. It can/will burn and could cause discoloration if you do hold it. As far as treating it (should that happen), leave it alone to heal first and then reach out to your trusted skin care specialist. Thanks!

Hi, you can use ANYTHING after icing. Serum, moisturizer, medication for acne or scarring or anti-aging...the product will work better!

this is really effective. do this after taking a bath or washing your face. morning and before sleeping. I do this twice a day and there's no reason to be afraid of. very natural and efficient to use.

Thanks for the Video clip! Excuse me for chiming in, I am interested in your initial thoughts. Have you tried - Franaar Wonderful Face Formula (do a google search)? It is a good one of a kind product for getting rid of keratosis pilaris without the normal expense. Ive heard some great things about it and my GF after a lifetime of fighting got cool results with it.
