I saw the Barbie movie. It made me deeply dissatisfied with the state of Western culture. For days I was upset. I suffered. Then one morning I saw myself from the outside looking in, and all I saw was a light and colors. I’m happy again.

So does this mean that you have to accept whatever thing is wrong in your body for it to be able to heal itself.
@itsdangoldfieldАй бұрын
no, it's that accepting what's going wrong in your body helps your general condition in terms of anxiety, stress etc so you can get on the phone to the doctor, do the exercise, alter your diet etc without begrudging it.
@TheMeatballsub666Ай бұрын
I rarely had to ever visit the Doctors til last year when I tried a new supplement that didn't agree with my body and caused a few problems. Unsure if it's fixable by using this method of accepting
@itsdangoldfieldАй бұрын
it's not about healing literal physical conditions, friend--i always recommend people see professionals for both physical and mental pathology. it's about accepting the circumstances and not stressing over them so we can do what's appropriate.

This was such good video and such a good message put in such a way that it unlocked something fundamental inside me. Something so very simple and yet, until this moment I had not been able to see it. In the last couple of days I've had conversations with two others who have told me much the same thing but it din't have the impact that this did - so - I thank you. Also, if I may - have you considered trying eating red meat only for 5/7 days and see if it makes any difference to your skin condition? It's having some miraculous effects for many people (myself included) and it' happening pretty soon after making the transition. My thoughts are perhaps that your food intake right now may still be too 'broad' and by cutting it right down to one food source, it may isolate whatever it is that's causing your flare up - if, indeed, it is food related. I do wish you all the best in finding the root cause. Thanks again for en enlightening message.

i'm so pleased to hear this Jacqueline-this is why i'm out here online! sometimes we just need to hear something said in one particular way to get that "aha!" moment. so glad to provide that for you. i've been considering cutting down to red meat only actually yes-a few people have made recommendations but yours is another powerful one on the small pile that's forming. it feels like it's time to try something drastic... maybe i'll be uploading a video about it sooner than later! <3

I'd still have faith in God that I did some good by loving him and spreading his word anyway. So why would I care about the rest at that moment?
@moimeself10882 ай бұрын
So learning for a fact that there was no god ( which is the premise of this video), you'd still hold on to the belief? Interesting.
@tpaige48902 ай бұрын
@@moimeself1088 absolutely. I am LDS and we believe in being kind to everybody. I try to do at least one kind act a day for somebody else. I don't believe in spreading the gospel through words I believe in doing it through actions. So if I've lived my life well and I've been kind to everybody and I've defended the hijab and I have loved my brothers and sisters whether or not they were LDS or Buddhist or atheist or Muslim or whatever then my life has been good. I personally may not ever discover a new invention or create something amazing. But I may Inspire others to do so through my own creativity and my own kindness. I may change somebody's life I may save somebody from depression with my kindness. That's not to make myself sound important. That's just how I view the world. I have gone through countless years of depression and suicidal feelings and I just think helping other people through those emotions through whatever Avenue is available to you is enough life's work. In our church we believe the reason we are here on Earth is to learn and grow. And we believe the only way to go to hell is to first die see that there's a God and still be uninterested. I understand in this scenario there would be no God there wouldn't be heaven. But it would not matter because there still would be all ppl I affected with my actions.
@tpaige48902 ай бұрын
@moimeself1088 I'm sorry I thought my comment was posted but I guess something happened. I did reply and I basically said no I wouldn't feel like I had wasted any time at all because in my religion I feel like it's my job to help other people and be kind to do kind things and make other people smile. So in that fact no I don't feel like any time would have been wasted whatsoever because I would have had some positive impact on a stranger's life even if it's just making them feel good in the moment about their outfit or eyes. Furthermore I am part of the Mormon church. And we don't believe anybody is going to hell. The only way to go to hell is you have to die and then see there's a god and still be like no thanks homie.There is redeemable good in everybody and there is truth in every religion and we're taught to question everything even if it questions our own faith. I've put a lot of hours into this religion just defending hijabs of my Muslim sisters and trying to make sure that everyone around me is treated equally and fairly and feels loved. So even though I may not be doing anything amazing or controversial or scientific or groundbreaking maybe I can encourage others to do so or just help someone out in a hard time. Or even just making one person smile thru my faith and love. Even if there was no God I based myself in good morals and helped, loved and encouraged others. No time wasted.

as your student, i can vouch that i had absolutely no idea until today when you told me that for the last week you were miserably sick. and ive seen you at all hours and 4 days out of the 7. i still can’t believe that, i would have never ever in a million years thought it was something more than a rash. powerful stuff right there, you’ve had all the energy and love and attention and guidance in the world. more than i’ve ever received from anyone. and more than i’ve ever seen anyone give to someone else. and on 2 hours of sleep i can’t get over that. the meditation was profoundly insighful, i can’t believe that either haha i almost skipped it because i have gone over it for the last decade in my brain a million times. but it unlocked so many connections ive somehow never made. SO many. got plenty of notes (: today has been extraordinary, thank you for being you. 💜
