This movie also shows that a mafia leader with military background will use different approach in his conquest than a pure mafia which is more like civilian with a gun... Vito Corleone is very political and has many friends to keep his authority, while Michael is more likely to use subjugation....

This movie shows how evil moves through the world. Michael’s grandfather was murdered by a Mafioso. Because he wasn’t strong enough mentally to control his temper. Then his father had to become strength and a mafioso to protect and feed his own family. In hopes that his children would be free of the vicious cycle of violence. But it killed his criminal son and took his son he wanted to be legit and threw him into the life. See what so many can’t see is once you take a life and remove a soul from this realm you are with the devil. You made your pact the only way out is death. The power game is a game of competition and only the strongest get to the end. But what is the end. All the power but no love, peace or happiness. The movie is a comedic tragedy written in the present. 🫡 Mario Puzo really made an art piece with this book turned movie. No matter a pawn or a king death and disease find us all. The questions lies in the man how he will confront these true revealers of self.
