I'm using the same 75-15-10 with Eastern red cedar charcoal. Nept tubes and I just keep getting Cato's. Same tooling. Are you using regular hardwood charcoal? Am I not hand ramming it hard enough.

Do not use red cedar 😬 use Airfloat hardwood, red cedar gives you flash powder type bp, way too fast for rockets
