Wait a minute how did you get the bad ending even though you didn't let the final bosses escape? I thought that as long as you don't let either of them escape it always played the full ending sequence.

They removed the good ending in the US version lol, too lazy to properly localize it. I need to come back to this and do it again with Japanese BIOS to get all the content heh

Pues para ser una BSO del penoso chip X1-010 esta muy bien, yo creo que debe ser la mejor de todas las que se han elaborado en dicho chip, si no me equivoco. Además las melodías no son en absoluto repetitivas, ni mucho menos carentes de nitidez, a diferencia de las de "S.T. GUNNER" , "CASTLE OF DRAGON", "WITS" ... Estaría bien que algún día esta maravillosa BSO se editase en cd y vinilo.

I bought "Egret II Mini Arcade Memories VOL.1", played Great Swordsman and Golden Castle(Gladiator), looked for other Taito & Seta games and found this one. And then, by a strange coincidence, I got this album (though it was not inexpensive!). Let me write down the lyrics from the leaflet(Uh...is "leaflet" the right word in English? the paper). It is copied as is. Holy smokes! Thanks for posting that. I've been puzzling over these lyrics for a year now since discovering this game and its source track. The guesses elsewhere in the thread are good, but this has the benefit of coming from the official release! (Incidentally, me and my kids first thought "War! War! War! Gonna bomb your town!" was what the vocalist was singing in the actual game. Twin Eagle: Revenge Joe's Brother is so nuts with its horse whinnies and exploding trees that it just sort of made sense!) Now if we could just find the source track for Meta Fox's awesome vocal track, I'd feel complete when it comes to 1980s SETA shoot 'em ups.

このゲームデザエモンで知りました。今はアテナが倒産しちゃったのでデザエモンの新作が出ないのが悲しいです。インターネットを活用したゲーム交換など、今の時代にでたら神作になってた可能性大です。特に3DSの頃に出ていたら、タッチスクリーンでポンポン敵を置いたりドット絵を作ったりと至極快適だったでしょうね。 Switchだったら、携帯モードではタッチ対応、TVモードではマウス操作にしたらいいんだけどねー。昔プレイステーションの頃、デザエモンキッズで、メモリーカードと音楽CDR(キッズには作曲機能がないのでDTM音源で制作してCD収録してプレイ時にCDを入れ替える方法をとった)を一緒にして定形外郵便でネット上のフォーラムで知り合った人と交換した思い出。

Not really, there's nothing for me to upload. The game cheats too hard and isn't possible. Just cheat through it in MAME if you want to look at it.

Where is the Wonderswan ROM available for download? The free downloads linked on the creator's website only come with the PC version :(

@@trap0xf Thankyou! I found and played it for around an hour last night on the Wonderswan core for the MiSTer. It's brilliant and really shows off what the WSC can do at the hands of a skilled dev.
