I think submitted runs with stubborn seeds obviously WOULD happen to have legit good luck, cuz that luck would've been exactly what made the run go well enough to submit. Sure, it can also be a mark of cheating, but not necessarily.

I've watched two of these, and I'm already seing a pattern. One run where it looks like the guy just... doesn't really know what they're doing, happens to be quite lucky, and the run almost seems too bad to be faked. One where the guy plays fairly well, does things that make sense, and just seems fairly average. One run where the guy has fairly good mechanics but makes a number of decisions that don't really make sense but end up being right.
