@@rosystemsupport Specially Regeneration ke liye agar pump laga rahe hain to use considerate pressure ka hi lagate honge? Aise main SV ki need nahi hai. Haan agar Bore Motor se hi Regeneration kar rahe hain tab pressure load jyada aasakta hai tab SV lagana ek samajh bhara nirnay hoga.

आपने बहुत अच्छे से एक्सप्लेन किया, मेरे कुछ पॉइंट्स है : अगर अंडरवाटर टैंक या संप हो तो उसमें बाहर की मोटर लगा रहे हो तो जिस तरफ पानी बोरवेल का गिरता उस तरफ मोटर का सक्शन पाइप जहां बोरवेल का पानी गिर रहा है वहां मत लगाओ, अंडरवाटर मोटर हो तो उसको सतह से 1 फीट ऊपर रखे,

Paani to poora soft hoga magar water hardness ke baare main pata ho to calculation karke bata sakta hu. Nahi to humne humaari website par calculator banaya hua hai aap khud bhi Resin quantity aur Water Hardness daal kar poori calculation kar sakte hain.

What all settings to keep?? Specially for various rinsing and regeneration timings??? And how much salt is needed for 10,000 lit cycle??

Settings varries depending on the resin quantity and water turbidity. There are mainly 4 process. 1. Rinse - If turbidity in water is high, need more rinsing time. 2. Brine Water Suction - Set amount to such time in which all the Salt water can get sucked up by softener plus additional 5 Minutes for a good frotthle. 3. Brine Refill & Slow Wash - Set time that can add 3 times of water to salt tank for the amount of salt you would like to prepare brine with. Every Kg of salt needs 3 Litre of water to prepare brine. And Every 10 Litres Resin requires 1.6 Kg of Salt for Regeneration. 4. Fast Backwash - Keep such timing in which all salt water in Vessel can get drained. There is no such calculation for 10,000 Litres water to salt required for Regeneration, it depends on water hardness and resin quantity. @@amansinghal2107 No. We can put salt for multiple regenerations in brine tank depending on the size of brine tank. For your reference, 100 Litre Brine Tank may consist 50 Kg Salt and 200 Litre brine tank can hold 150 kg salt.

Tablet salt is the best option but not the only option. Tablet salt maintains great resin life and overall softener life. Alternatively you can use rock salt but it puts your resin at risk which may ultimately cost you even more to replace resin.

TDS Kam nahi hota kyuki Calcium aur Magnesium ions ko Sodium ion se replace karte hain to ionic value same hainto TDS same aata hai magar hardness calculation main hardness Zero aayega. 1465 Vessel par 3000 LPH se 10,000 LPH tak ka multiport place kiya jaa sakta hai aur multiport ke size se flow rate change hoga na ki vessel size ki wajah se. @harshg2003 You can press that second button more to shift the process to 3 - 4 - 5 and then to the service mode. When you put on service mode, you will see green running ribbon upside on MPV board.

@@stanwang64 Yes it might be due to hardness in Water. Try bottled water to wash hair for 2 days. If you see some difference it ll be clear that hardness is the culprit.

Nahi. TDS same rehta hai kyuki water softener paani main se calcium magnesium ko lekar sodium ion deta hai. Chuki ions ki quantity same rehti hai to TDS same aata hai magar hardness khatam ho jaati hai kyuki hard minerals Calcium Magnesium ab paani main nahi hain.

@jlucasful That depends on the size of your brine tank. For 100 Litre Brine Tank, we pour 50 Kg once in 2 Months. For 200 Litre Brine Tank, we pour 175 Kg once in 6 Months. If brine tank is large and is a proper Brine tank not a local blue tank, there should be no need to refill salt very often. Hope this helps.

Ionix 3 Water Filter is an in-house purifier by design and not a whole house water softener. It cannot be installed directly in borewell line as there are high chances of it for a blast because it comes with 10 Inch pre filters which cannot handle high bore pressure.
