Damn, no HOA? I always love a good financially dysfunctional HOA dictating what I cannot do to my place... 🙂. Not having income tax, now that is a deal breaker... I need to pay some tax please 🙂

This Video is from two years ago. Any updates? I would still want natural gas. Stove, water tank, dryer, gas grill, heat pool and generator for when the power goes out. You can still cook with the electric goes out. We were in cape coral in twice this year for two weeks both times. This last trip I bought 2 dozen blue clawed crabs. WOW they were HUGE!

Natural gas isn’t going to happen as the infrastructure isn’t here. You’re welcome to use propane if gas is a necessity for you. I would advise against it for cooking especially as you’re not going to want all of that additional heat in your home in this climate. Having had gas most of my life, I can say that induction is 10x better than gas

Beautiful video of the fabulous neighbourhood park that the city council is trying to destroy with private developers. Save Jaycee Park.

I lived in Cape Coral as a little kid in the eighties and what I remember most about the area I lived in was - no trees. My area was block after block of palmetto and houses. Are there parts of Cape Coral still like that nowadays?
@brandonj744010 ай бұрын
I lived in Cape Coral and while it was a beautiful place,, the homeowners insurane was extremely high and rightfully so - because my house was destroyed by last years hurricane. .. The beauty and winter warmth unfortunately was not worth it anymore due to being prime hurricane devastation area. As such we have chosen a different state to rebuild into

Lots and lots of rain this morning, which has died down now and we just have some high consistent wind, but no damage to speak of and looks to be getting better. Worst of yesterdays storm started around midnight with a lot of lightning, rain and wind. Was a beautiful blue sky morning before the rain started.

Thanks for another great upload. Just curious. I noticed you can't get a direct flight from Fort Myers Airport or PGD to Miami or Fort Lauderdale. Why is this? My wife and I love traveling to the Bahamas and in order to get there you have to flight out of Miami, which means you have to take Fort Myers to Charlotte, then Charlotte all the way back down to Miami. It seems like it would have been so much easier to just go direct to Miami from Fort Myers.

The Mayor and City Council SECRETLY passed this one on the Taxpayer Dime!!... Absolutely NONE of the local residents want this "Improvement". 90% of the Jaycee Park surrounding properties are 55+ Condos. Do you think these Local Residents/Taxpayers want BASKETBALL COURTS, BEACH VOLLYBALL?... Hell NO! There is only a single road In and Out of Jaycee Park.... Heavily lined with 55+ Condos. (Beach Pkwy). The traffic will be horrendous!. The Council and Mayor are showing their City Planning ignorance with this rediculous proposal.
