Yes! I wouldn’t lie lol 😅 It was beautiful but I was disappointed in the food for sure. Hopefully they’ve upgrade but I’d say find places to try that aren’t on the resort.

Haha I was waiting for you to say if the water was hot or cold. But you just said it isn’t too….. and then you moved on to a different topic. On a different resort, we had swim up pool as well, but didn’t end up using it because it got pretty cold at night.

You've labelled one of the pools as "adults only"...which it's not. There are even kids playing in that pool in your video. That pool is the activity pool, which is more lively with music and games etc. The other pool is more quiet with a calmer atmosphere, but both pools are open to kids.

Thank you for your comment. The room is called Privileged Duplex Suite & Swimming Pool. I enjoyed my stay, I just wish they had better food options. Not sure if things have changed since the pandemic.

What's the process for the shuttle from the airport?

I did not use the airport shuttle that the hotel provided.However, I did email them to obtain prices. This is the info I received: Airport Transfer Information: The Transfer services to and from the airport are $44.00 per person and $22.00 per child (each way) with a minimum of 2 passengers per reservation. Our arrival operational time is from 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM and the departures from 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM. All transportation arrangements need to be confirmed at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. The cost for the private transfer is $250.00 with taxes included for the first 4 passengers (each way). Please access the following link to make reservations fareharbor.com/embeds/book/gsipuertorico-online/items/?flow=214459&full-items=yes Another option will be a taxi or Uber and the cost is around $85-90.00 each way. We may be reached at our desk phone at 787-657-1234 Ext.6110. Our hours of operation are from 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
