It's weird that years I hear the best things about Vietnam and then I go and didn't have the best experience and everyone is kind of like yeaaaaa... haha Ill go back eventually because I know there is way more this country has to offer but in terms of living there I think a lot of other SEA countries are better but thats just my opinion, Ive only been there for a month

20k is my estimate living in BKK and doing small trips around the country. This could be way less too. Thai language courses are like $500 I believe

With my solar setup I was able to power a heated blanket, that with a zero degree sleeping bag I literally slept like an angel haha not even joking the best sleep of my life is with this set up in the winter in Colorado. I dont know how cold it gets there but it was getting below 0 quite often some years and I was totally fine. Keep in mind that anything that produces heat, blankets, burners, airfryers, all require a lot of power. I've also seen people use small portable propane heaters that are meant for camping, that depends on how comfortable you are burning something in a car

I did not have a realtor. I did ask my friend who is a realtor in Thailand, she moved to another city though but she did still try to help me find a place. From my experience they can be a little pushy, try push you to say yes and move in ASAP. I ultimately kept looking for something in my range and took my time. I just looked online. Theres really an insane amount of condo's available so dont feel pressured to say yes easily

I appreciate it! I have noticed problems with audio myself, slowly trying to work on it. Sometimes I just try to use what I have instead of re-recording because at times thats not an option. I also think there is an issue with my mic dongle and it wiggles messes with the quality, never consistent. I think it is better in my next videos with the music too

Happy to hear it! I stay in IDEO Mobi eastgate. Seems like there are a ton of IDEO condos around Bangkok, usually near to the BTS and they have really good facilities

Yea I've heard that before but I've never had issue with it because if restaurants were using the wrong type of ice (unfiltered ice) then their customers would constantly be getting sick and that is bad for business. I get drinks from street vendors every other day and I drink my beer with ice, Ive never had any issues with it

Yea I know but like I said in the video I could cook and save a bit of money but I'd rather just enjoy some of the best food in the world, that's one of the reason I love Thailand so much

haha I was thought the same thing when I thought to record this because Ive seen a million cost breakdown videos but then I realized most the people who watch my videos have never been to Asia and dont get recommended those videos. Thats why people back home still ask me all these questions about Thailand and all my travels so I figured Id make my own video. Plus everyone's life and perspective is different
