Im nervous about my situation I have negotiated a $12 sq ft (building is 4478) There is only 1 event venue in my area, everyone has to travel to the neighboring city, we could really monopolize the area I have real good credit, would quick bridge loan 50k?

It’s possible @southernlyyourz it depends on the age of your llc . If you open your llc less than a year might be harder to get . If you have a seasoned llc like 2 -3 years there is a better chance of getting approved

Hey love , great question . I would say it depends on you , the landlords rules and the lease that the other space signed . For example when I was searching for my space I found a great plaza but a space was already there . I wasn’t worried because my business model or clients were different than the other space . The landlord however did not want 2 event spaces in the plaza so the deal didn’t happen. Also a tenant can put in their lease that they don’t want another business like theirs in this plaza for a certain number of years so keep that in mind also . I hope this helps !!!! Keep it up love 💕

Great question!!! I have turned away a few ! Remember this “ All money isn’t good money “ . Your business is your top priority so if there is anything that could threaten that then it’s a no go ! Bad review, late payment just all around headaches can happen if you accept every client! I felt no way at all refusing clients that don’t fit my ideal client profile
