Ok, so i just finished watching. Great job guys, looks great. A couple things i noticed, not 1 single ceiling fan. The dishwasher looks a couple inches short from the counter. On the back wall of the dining room, i would have put 2 windows, 1 on each side instead of the single window in the center. Does the first bedroom not have a closet? I might have missed that. You should have put a microwave above the stove. Now new owner has nowhere to put one without taking up counter space. Last thing is garage to park your vehicle. Just spend the $15K and add one. As a man i would want one to hang out in and work on things. I lived in Crosby (other side of Hwy 90) for 15 years. Now im in Cypress. If you're ever looking for a forman to go from job to job and make sure the projects are going smooth, AND TRASH IS BEING PICKED UP, im your guy. Been in construction all my life. Once again, great job.

I appreciate you watching! and everything you mentioned is on point. There is a closet in that bedroom, the "Foremen: we had was just not a good one but we where in to deep to really figure it out as it was out very first project. We learned so much. I sure hope they clean all the crap out on the ground before they install the sub floors! I would hate to buy a house with all that trash left behind. Is there no forman on the job? There's no way i would allow all the trash everywhere. You cant even walk around the house without having to watch your step. Need to have a clean working environment!!

Most of the trash was cleaned out they just did a horrible job as we where moving along.

Tell dr horton to build these communities in the richmond/rosemburg area. I would buy in a heartbeat. I hate that their 2 small house communities are on the north side.

Nice new homes. But being on the very flat coastal plain and adjacent to the Brazos River any buyer should invest in good flood insurance.
