may or may not be a concern. Generally, i would say that its pigmentation due to bilirubin breakdown. If there is any other symptom like pain, heat, pressure or bowel changes thn should get it tested. might be an underlying condition. Also, if u r taking supplements on a prescription thn make sure to chk back with ur doc. one problem might lead to another.
