1. First replay shows replay only (pause is not shown) so the weird cursor movement during pause looks like replay editing 2. Second replay shows the full gameplay where the player pauses the game 3. Player shows how he was able to pause the game without moving his hands

@@rezy29 fwiw you cannot disable mouse back to pause in the osu! client. you have to do it in your mouse hardware/firmware. and if you have an old razer mouse that doesn't support remapping without razer synapse running may god have mercy on your soul.

it's the pause, he is tapping during the pause which is what causes the desync with the replay, but these youtube comments are braindead, no one (on the Reddit thread at least) thought he was 100% cheating just from one weird handcam splice someone randomly found, and now that there's an explnanation it's all well and good

there was one single "allegation" from Reddit which was the clearly spliced handcam footage. and splicing one play a single time does not put his skill into question lol. it just was weird that he didn't seem to pause, but he changed his usual camera angle to show the left side of the mouse and now everything makes sense
