My favorite line, like many others, is "loaded up the TV in the back of my car; have fun watching the VCR!" but I always watch the music video version of this (instead of a video with the lyrics typed up) because I LOVE Kelsi's (the red-haired one) facial expression and head bob when she sings "funny little Buddha man". 😂 I can see it perfectly in my mind when I hear the song, even when I'm not watching the video. I think, had they not been "competing" with the Dixie Chicks (and then that whole controversy* that made them even more famous, even if it was negative fame), they'd have blown up even bigger than they did. *side note- that controversy thing pissed me off because people bombed the group over Natalie's comments about the president; saying she was embarrassed of the president (BFD 🙄🤦🏻‍♀️) when it was in regards to Bush and the public had a meltdown because "yOu DoN't TaLk BaD aBoUt ThE pReSiDeNt" but then, in an ironic twist of fate, those very same people literally threatened singers lives over a personal feeling, were the same mfers who talked mad shit about Obama with their "he's not my president" rhetoric. I know that's not related to Shedaisy or their being overshadowed by the Dixie Chicks, but still.

Everybody is saying these are reenactments of Desperate Housewives, but I seem to remember that SheDaisy was popular long before Desperate Housewives were even thought of. I was a fan of SheDaisy when everyone else was nuts for the Dixie Chicks (I always called them "Dixie Hicks"). To me SheDaisy was the real deal that was, is, and always will be better than the Dixie Hicks. For one thing SheDaisy consists of all sisters. Unlike the "Hicks" (Chicks) which consisted of sisters but the lead singer (the worst!) was no relation. And 2nd - the blending of SheDaisy voices puts the Dixie Chicks to shame. I actually wouldn't go to a Dixie (C)hicks concert if the tickets were free and they offered me a ride there and back. SheDaisy rules!!❤
