If you haven’t fixed it check to make Sure the solenoid is working, and also check the mechanical valve.

Please demonstrate how to use the Douglas LD/6/PT pan washer. There's one on my job but when I pushed power I got an error message.

How many gallons of water holds?

Wash tank has a 205 gallon capacity. Rinse tank has a 20 gallon capacity. Using the shortest wash time, the machine can process up to 10 batches an hour. At the maximum rate of operation the 2554-SPW will use just 160 gallons of water per hour. The water pump has 25 HP, 208/240/480 or optional 575 volt with output of 430 gallons per minute at 35 to 45 psi. They're putting in clean pans. I'd like to see how it actually cleans pans that have been used for cooking.

Charles thanks for the feedback. We'll take that into consideration as we create new videos in the future. In 2020 you will see some new updated equipment demos since those are our most requested videos. The plan is to do those first and then create some service related ones after that.
