I did a workaround. First you go back to the Google Search Bar and type Settings. From Settings you go to Privacy and enable installation from unknown sources. Go back to the search bar and type File Manager. Go to File Manager, navigate to Downloads and install the downloaded APK. It works as intended. Nice video!!!

Funny thing. I found this Tablet on the garbage, it's LCD was broken. I bought a cheap LCD on Aliexpress and fixed it to practise my skills. Unfortunately was locked but this video helped me. Working without issues! I might play with it, rooting it installing custom ROMs without fear of bricking my own devices.
