sir you are really a life saver, almost most of the questions were asked from the previous 2k23 spell come in the question paper, most of them were from first 3 weeks , and few from the nmap tool and some problems from the AES and some algorithums and they have asked more quteions from the cryptogrphy algorithums and enncryption techniques.

Sir end two numbers 255.255 is broad cast adress. Other wise last any one place contain 0 that is not broad cast address 0.255 or 255.0 this not broad cast address . Look at the first octet: If it's between 0 and 127, it's a Class A address. If it's between 128 and 191, it's a Class B address. If it's between 192 and 223, it's a Class C address. Check the remaining octets: For Class A: If the last three octets are all 255, it's a broadcast address. For Class B: If the last two octets are both 255, it's a broadcast address. For Class C: If the last octet is 255, it's a broadcast address. In your question, A and D are correct because, A and D belongs to class B(class A and last two octet are 255) and class C(Class C and last one octet is 255) respectively.

@@560_suresh3 after that convert the IP address (144.16.192.16) to binary. After binary, in the last octet right to left put 0000 as the power is 4. That means in last octet you put 0000 then convert to decimal IP address. This is the 1st ip. Then for the last IP similarly in the last octet right to left put 1111 then convert to decimal IP. Then only you will find the range. See video 2 or 3 times u can understand. If any doubt message me.

2 power 4 means 16ok. 16to 31 , 16to 32 two values . 16 apply binary 10000 and 31 apply binary come 11111 then 16 to 31 binary values apply AND GATE then come 16 value. 16 to 32 I am apply binary 10000 and 100000 so apply AND GATE come the value is 0 . So mach the 16 and 31
