the way that that played out was incredibly cinematic, especially when the SRV started to get pulled closer to it. On a related note; that's a cool and impressive detail to add. say what you will about the game, but the sound design gravitational game physics, and attention to detail is incredible in this game.

Tell me, have you come across "cyst pearls" or "pearl cysts" (i can't remember what they were)? If so, what is in them? I didn't have any weapons or mining equipment on my caustic cloud diver dolphin and couldn't target them with any type of limpet. I have been alternating taking my purpose built Dolphin for gathering, and my AX DBX for hunting into the remanins. I'm going in in my Krait after i get off work just to test it out too.

I haven't interacted with them personally, but to my knowledge you need a Pulse Wave Xeno Scanner for them to be targetable, and you can destroy them and collect whatever drops if you have an abrasion blaster.

@@xXCao_RenXx As intended by FDev, need a new weapon called a "guardian nanite torpedo" to launch into the heat vents of the titan, after which it will expose a "thermal core" for a brief window, during which it must be damaged using AX weapons. This process is repeated until the titan enters a state of meltdown, where a 24-hour timer will count down until detonation.

They had plenty of time to deduce that a thargoid titan exploding was going to be a cataclysmic event big enough to vaporize them; anyone still in range at that point is probably there for the lulz.

All of the Titan's "hearts" must be destroyed, and after that it starts a 24-hour countdown to a cataclysmic explosion, and anyone is able to see it.

Bad framerate was due to large number of other human players in private group. In solo it is solid 60 fps in space.

Used a calculator for this. Initial velocity (right as the field started blasting him away) was ~50 m/s, so for initial V let's just say 50 m/s. Vmax (right as he stopped accelerating) was 5,523 m/s. Measured the time it took for him to accelerate from 50 m/s to 5,523, was ~12.7 sec. Plugging those values into a calculator gave a G-force value of 43.9G, or 430 m/s^2.
