Its an interesting question that many in diaspora ask frequently. I've heard this question asked among my close friends who are all professionals in their own rights and are living in Bermuda, Canada, Cayman and the USA among others. Its also an interesting one for how to stop the brain drain happening in Jamaica and the wider Caricom community.
