Just go in there & eat people. Get used to it. It is SO normal. Table for one ☝️, no celebration. Nah, just me, see you like, say two times a week. In & out that.. M quick as the kitchen is SUPPOSED to be moving. Not celebrating 🥳 me OR my next gig. Yee-haW

Everybody in such restaurant seem to have a broom stick. They all seem not comfortable, not knowing how to use the cuttlery, and of course they all have to recognize that everything is perfect... of course !

On peut constater une fois encore que les plus riches de ce monde ne veulent que du tape-à-l'oeil. Les plats sont probablement excellents, les produits très frais et de la plus haute qualité. Mais tout réside dans la présentation. La vaisselle est incroyablement originale et adaptée aux différents plats présentés. Cependant, plus la présentation est complexe plus il y a eu de doigts qui ont touché votre nourriture. C'est un pensez-y bien non ? Les préparateurs ont beau s'être lavé les mains, se gratter le nez ou les cheveux est un réflexe et rares sont ceux qui vont se relaver les mains par la suite. Ce n'est pas que je suis dédaigneux à ce point, mais pour un repas qui vaut probablement pas loin de 1000$, on est en droit de s'attendre au sans-faute non ? Je me suis payé un seul repas dans un 3 étoiles Michelin (l'Auberge à Ilhausern en Alsace, France). En sortant du restaurant, les huitres dans le lait et le caviar ne sont clairement pas passées et j'ai vomi mon 300 Francs (à l'époque) de repas sur le perron du restaurant. Quel gâchis ! 🙂 Les clients qui s'en venaient ont douté de leur choix de restaurant 🙂

I've eaten at numerous Michelin ☆☆☆ restaurants but never in LV! Your video was nice as a remembrance for your anniversary but not for foodies as you left out so much. For example, what menu did you choose & at what price? Could not hear you describe any dish only saw the subtitle! How was the food? No comments! You didn't order any wine! Your editing was terrible as it was so boring to see you trying to cut everything and waste time turning the plates. The portions were miniscule especially the homard that do not look like more than 1oz(28gm)! I think you must have spent $800!!!
