Probably because most punters severely lack accountability and will be quick to blame the person giving tips/advice. It’s just toxic.

Exactly. As I said in an earlier comment, Chris knew Via Sistina would win. He's not going to tell us that though when he's got another runner in the same race. Imagine how Kovalica's owners would feel if they knew he knew Via Sistina 'was going to win'. This show's mildly informative at best.

Just found this by absolute luck, while looking into the Cox plate. I seriously wish more trainers would do this..hearing CW, PM, the Hayes boys, AN, talk about their runners, find out who's been blowing their mind, it's an insight a punter can ever have, we live in a golden time, listen and you will be rewarded. On a side note, Charlie riding Winx (even tho she was 3) is something only a handful of people can say!

James McDonald said in his post-race interview (when he still was full of emotion) that he, Chris, the Track riders and Stablehands 'knew' Via Sistina would 'sh#t it in' in the Cox Plate. They gave us nothing here other than that she was 'fine', fit, well and ready to go!
