There are ruins all around and when you dig out something give it a name of your liking.David and Solomon were prophets of God and great kings who lived in palaces made of glass and marble.This pool does not fit to their standard of living.

That's really amazing, so much of our history gets buried, literally, we build on top of our ancestors, it's great when they preserve our past, so many lives have come and gone, someday the future generations will build right over us, hope they preserve some of us

The Essenes were an interesting group of believers, to say the least. Someday I hope to sit and look at the finely woven tapestry of history. I've heard it described thus: in this lifetime all we see is the back of the tapestry, the knots and such. But when we look at it from Heaven's perspective we see the front - the details are of the beauty God made out of all our lives, & we will see how He orchestrated the choices of humanity to fulfill prophesy.
