Why are the numbers all jumbled and piled on top of each other when I insert a scale bar? How do I stretch them out so they're along the length of the scale bar?

There is a lot of fine control of numbering, tic marks and labeling when you go into scale bar properties. If you start with a standard scale bar and then shrink it down you will probably need to change properties settings.

If you went through the steps here and successfully shared the feature service it will be available in ArcGIS Online. Several ways to find it-- look at about 9:00 on the video. After you log in to AGOL, look under Content and open in Map Viewer. Or, in AGOL create a new, blank map (Map tab) and use Add > Search for Layers. If you shared successfully according to the steps here then the feature service will show up as indicated here. Note- I no longer use ArcMap. I use ArcGIS Pro. The equivalent steps there start with the Share tab in the main menu and the Portal tab in the Catalog pane. ArcGIS Pro is much better integrated with ArcGIS Online so the process is a bit more straightforward if you use Pro.

It will be most interesting to find out. 1811 was a long time ago. Wasn't the Governor buried with the rest of the victims?

What a great young man to do this! Gives me hope for my 8 year old son who has no interest in anything but playing minecraft. Inspiring montage.

I'll take the liberty of linking this on the Mirror Dinghy Discussion Forum ! Interesting to see you get on without a jig and major workshop. Now looking forward to some sailing clips ;-{)

Great slide show. Nice boat! I give any one credit that can do such nice work... on a porch! If you ever get your hands on a real workshop you'll have deserved it. Great music, too.

Did they make a mistake about 2:55? It seems like the guitar came in when the drummer thought he was still soloing. Great tune... my ears are still ringing though.
