What a lovely place.

Not sure how I located this video again but after watching it for the 3rd time I feel compelled to write again about my stay with the Yi Family. The home stay was a magnificent experience from start to finish. Sam and May are the most incredibly warm and welcoming people! They truly make one feel like part of the family. May’s traditional Khmer meals they prepared were delicious and authentic, one of a kind. Eating local dishes made with fresh ingredients was a real treat. The rooms were very comfortable and beautifully decorated, with slight Cambodian touches that make your stay extra special. I also appreciate how I felt while being there and experiencing true Cambodian energy at the home-stay. Playing cards with May and Sam’s son is an experience to behold along with all the children that live at the home-stay. It truly is an unforgettable experience that gave you a genuine glimpse into Cambodian life. I can’t recommend this home stay enough for anyone looking to truly connect with the heart of Cambodia and its people. I could write a book on the homestay but will simply say it is a one-of-a-kind experience. Mat
