I’m a 20 year old who has gained over 100 lbs since I was 16 during covid, and I used to be very fit and athletic. Now I live a sedentary lifestyle (the only exercise I do is one 15 minute walk per week for my dog) and I want to change my habits desperately. I also have depression, anxiety, and ADHD which makes it extremely hard for me to start something, let alone keep it consistent. This is the first video I’ve seen of yours, and I found it incredibly easy to get up out of bed and stretch with you. Your body looks so similar to mine and that was extremely comforting and made me feel welcome. I hope that I can continue to watch your videos every morning to stretch and hopefully kickstart a good habit for me. Thank you so much, genuinely.

Thank you SO MUCH for talking to us throughout the video! So many of these workout videos are just the music without any audible indication of when we should switch exercises. Bitches be out there assuming we can all magically see the screen at every exercise, I've damn near twisted my neck like an owl trying to keep track of when to switch exercise on some of those videos. (and also thank you for the no jumping. for the obvious reasons, but also because my cheap-ass apartment building has walls and floors so poorly isolated I can hear when the neighbor walks from their bedroom to their kitchen - if I jump the entire house is going to know it)

This was definitely a challenge ( Those inch thingies were HECK) but finally a workout routine I can 100% complete and don't have to sit out any parts! I really appreciate you making these videos! You are a warrior❤

Holly! This makes me so happy!! I'm not overweight, but I've been sick for the last two years. I got diagnosed with Menire's Disease and never know when I'm going to get vertigo. I can't keep up with basic movements of other routines because I have poor balance and I'm extremely weak since I've been sedintary. Also have bad knees, I can't jump or run. It's been a wild change, because I was very athletic in highschool. Today has been really discouraging for me. But THIS is amazing. You're meeting a need for a population of people that no one else thinks of. Thank you for your courage and boldness, and for encouraging so many of us to keep trying, or to get back up and start something new. Blessings to you ❤️

I am only a few pounds over my "ideal" weight so I don't really need your workout. I just started watching it out of curiosity. I use workouts from other KZbin channels and although I am quite a bit older than you I don't use workouts for "older" people. I can do virtually all the exercises in the "normal" workouts. But I realize people who are significantly overweight would be unable to do most of the exercises in the workouts I do (indeed trying to do so could backfire because they might find them too difficult and give up, or injure themselves). So it is good you came up with an alternative exercise routine for such people. I hope you and others who need this routine succeed in your weight loss goals. If any of you get discouraged just remember it could be much worse. I have seen people on the program "My 600 pound life" who are so overweight they have trouble moving and some of them are bedridden. I am glad I am not like that and as long as I keep exercising I never will be. (But the main reason people on that program gained so much weight is they eat almost constantly, in particular high fat food.)

Im genuinely so thankful for this because most workout vids are from skinny women who have never been fat and don't understand that I physically can't do a sit up and there's nothing wrong with that it's just kinda disheartening when their all like "ya this is suuuper easy i can do it in my sleep"

We are all climbing our own mountains. Some of us are born in crevasses, others are born on plateaus, you are facing a cliff. If you cannot climb it, nobody has a right to criticize.

I want to be healthy and not feel disappointed when I look at myself. I'm obese and I don't want to remain that. My natural state was not what I'm today. Sadly I went through a stressful time and I let myself go. It does not mean I hate myself. I understood that there was a problem and I'm trying to go back to the shape in which I used to feel happy and healthy. Let's be real, world is not kind to fat people. I hate going dress shopping because none of the beautiful clothes fit me. My mom never made me feel bad about myself but she was always honest about when my body stretched dresses and bulged out. Positivity is not just simply not making fun of people but also not trapping them in false ideals. Yes, my weight goes up and down. Sometimes I eat junk food. Yes I skip workout somedays...sometimes for weeks when I'm stressed. But I'm trying my best. I don't want people who smile at my face and laugh at my back under the guise of "body positivity" around me. I love your videos and it does help me. Thank you ❤. Please don't worry about these people who poke their noses where they don't belong. You are helping people like me while you are on your journey to your brand of happiness. Nobody is forcing them to be here if its making them uneasy.

“Be the change you want to see in the world” and baby you did!! You saw a need and answered the call and I cannot thank you enough! I’ve been looking all over the internet for someone who could relate to my experience while still challenging me. You crafted something perfect here with the two in mind. Thank you and keep up the great work!! ❤

Thank you for a wonderful stretching vid. I did want to share a modification that I used during the calf stretches. I don't have a free section of wall available in my bedroom, where I'll be doing my stretches, so I angled myself to have my forward knee mostly next to/against the side of my bed, and was able to balance myself with my hands on the edge of the mattress. Also, I felt the stretch in my hamstring way before I felt any stretch in my ankle, so I bent my back knee just slightly till I felt the Achilles tendon, and then I straitened the knee to match the stretch.
